- 1 large sweet potato
- 2 medium white potatoes
Preheat at 400. Toss wedges potatoes with olive oil, mix in dry ingredients. Distribute on lined baking sheet. Bake about 30-40 min, flip, then bake another 30-40 min or until it is crispy goodness.
Serve with hamburgers and if you have leftovers, they’re great as breakfast potatoes!
