It really is that simple!

Serves about 6 (if portion is sized as shown)

Cucumber-Tomato-Onion Salad

Great for Salads, Side-dishes, and add to Pastas


1 Medium – Red Onion, roughly chopped
1 1/2 – Cucumbers, sliced and diced into small pieces
1/2 Pint –  Grape Tomatoes, sliced in half
To Taste – Ready-made Vinaigrette (I used one from Aldis)

Can substitute: Shallots for red onions and/or a homemade vinaigrette for the read-made version (I recommend olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and your favorite spices — I recommend garlic, salt, and black pepper)


  1. Chop onions, slice and dice cucumbers, and slice grape tomatoes in half.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
  3. Serve immediately or chill and serve later
